| New Squad Levels
As a coaching staff, we have sat down and compiled what we believe to be the necessary requirements to move up to the next squad. When a swimmer feels that he or she has completed all the requirements for the next squad, please come talk to Bob or David and we will sit down with you and let you tell us why you are ready to move up. Please note a couple of disclaimers at the bottom of this page. We hope that this helps motivate you and clears up any confusion on the squad levels! Work hard and good luck!

Criteria for moving up to B squad
- Ability to swim all four strokes legally

- Be able to swim a 200 freestyle and a 100 IM with a minimal amount of rest in between in less than 7 minutes.
Disclaimers for the above criteria:
- At this time, a swimmer who is unable to meet any criteria for their squad that they are presently on WILL NOT be moved down a squad. He or she will remain on their current squad unless some other circumstance requires them to be moved down.
- These criteria may be adjusted; other requirements (such as age limits) may be added as we make the move into the KROC center.
- Some of these criteria are subjective, and that is on purpose! Swimmers must demonstrate the proper attitude and commitment in order for the coaching staff to bring them up a squad.
